Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

This role is responsible for addressing employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance. The successful candidate will be expected to resolve employee grievances, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as experience in HR management systems and analytics tools. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years in operations
  • Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS) and HR analytics tools
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration platforms
  • Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
