About the Role

As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic guidance and support to managers on performance, employee morale, and retention.

You will handle complex employee relations issues, implement global HR programs such as performance reviews and succession planning, and utilize data to inform strategies and decisions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to harmonize global processes with local realities and serve as the go-to HR expert for all matters related to Dumaguete.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong background in employee relations and talent development
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis, reporting, and systems
