Job Title: HR Global Call Center Associate

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented HR Call Center Associate to serve as a trusted point of contact for employees in the US market. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to resolve HR-related concerns effectively while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a reliable first point of contact for employees, providing support on HR-related matters with professionalism, empathy, and care.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, leave of absence, retirement, compensation, enrollments, and claims.
  • Lead and guide discussions during employee calls, ensuring accurate information, clarity, and resolution of concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal HR and support teams to address and resolve complex employee issues.
  • Conduct research and provide accurate, timely responses to employee questions.
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with employees, colleagues, and leadership.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment that enhances employee satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Background in contact center operations, preferably supporting the US market.
  • Experience managing or supporting professionals such as nurses, caregivers, or other skilled staff.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, processes, and policies related to benefits and claims.
  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work fully onsite with a flexible schedule as required.
