Job Overview:

The Senior Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success of the site. This position requires strategic thinking, proactive performance management, and a process optimization mindset to deliver high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Performance & Efficiency
    • Develop measurable goals to drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and a purpose-driven work culture.
    • Couch and mentor leaders to meet or exceed these goals.
    • Identify and implement workflow improvements and process optimizations.
    • Monitor daily production metrics and address operational challenges.
    • Review client contracts and ensure teams have the right staffing and tools.
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Directly manage and develop managers within your site.
    • Coach, mentor, and upskill operations staff.
    • Hold people accountable through systemic reviews and evaluation programs.
    • Foster a growth mindset with proactive team members.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
    • Act as an escalation point for client concerns.
    • Collaborate with clients to discuss operational performance and areas for improvement.
