The HR IT Systems Team plays a critical role in supporting and maintaining software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications built to scale Dexcom's service and delivery model. This includes implementing enhancements across multiple platforms, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.

The team partners closely with the HR, Payroll, and IT teams to support system and process improvements within Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Integrations, and Reporting), SAP Learning, and ServiceNow.

This role will require strong knowledge and familiarity in the administration and configuration of various functions within Human Capital Management, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
