We are seeking a skilled Documentation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort and categorize documents in accordance with established case titles and numbers.
  • Perform document scanning duties as required.
  • Locate files efficiently in response to lawyer requests.
  • Assist with messengerial work, including filing and serving pleadings and other correspondence.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
