Strategic Account Manager

Azeus Systems Limited is a leading provider of innovative collaboration solutions. We're looking for a skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team and drive customer success.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and cultivating strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted adviser, and helping them maximize the Convene platform. You will also engage customers in regular discussions about their subscription, document customer insights, and identify upsell/cross-sell/referral and other growth and expansion opportunities.
You'll need to be a proactive problem-solver, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with clients. Proficiency in using our Pipedrive tool is also essential.
We welcome fresh graduates/entry-level candidates and those with at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer success, or account management. If you have a SaaS background or any IT experience, that's a plus Great command of the English language is essential.
