Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimal facility performance through proactive and corrective maintenance, implementing efficient solutions to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Supervisor to develop and execute repair and maintenance plans, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Manage work schedules and coordinate with technicians within assigned areas, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and systematic filing of documents, ensuring easy access for stakeholders.
  • Promote a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Foster effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure task completion and satisfaction.
  • Produce required reports and execute tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor, providing regular updates on progress.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record of property management or HVAC/Kitchen Equipment maintenance experience.
  • Effective communication skills in verbal and written form, with ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with ability to leverage these tools to drive productivity.
