Job Description

This role involves conducting routine maintenance inspections, identifying potential issues, and making necessary repairs. The successful candidate will also assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on building systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems, working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless process.
  • Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials required to complete tasks, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement energy-efficient solutions, minimizing waste and reducing environmental impact.
