Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in French and English, and have a strong understanding of customer needs.

In this role, you will respond to customers through various channels, including email, chat, phone, text, and social media. You will also be responsible for creating memorable service interactions, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills, and building a strong understanding of assigned brand products and procedures.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with team members to provide encouragement, answers, and customer insights. They will also be able to learn and adapt to changing software and adhere to strict schedule adherence.

This is a high-volume program, and candidates should expect to handle multiple customer interactions throughout their day. They will also be required to meet a 100% show rate for training and maintain a quiet workspace without interruptions or overheard conversations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 12+ months of contact center experience (must be within the last 2 years)
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in both French and English
  • Must have at least 1 year of work experience as a French Bilingual in BPO or customer service industry
  • Language proficiency is B2
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Salesforce experience is a plus
