We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Office Coordinator to support our clients in the fast-paced roofing industry.
Job Overview- This role will involve managing office communications, including responding to emails, handling customer inquiries related to roofing services, and scheduling appointments.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and storing company records, contracts, and project documentation.
- Additionally, they will assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other necessary financial documentation.
- Skill with data entry and report generation is also required.
- Furthermore, this role will involve coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Finally, the candidate must have strong organizational skills to manage office supplies and inventories.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in office management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role; experience in the construction or roofing industry is an advantage.
- Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
