We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team in a key leadership position.

About the Job

This role involves leading and supporting negotiations in commercial contracts with internal and external clients and suppliers. You will also support the Legal team and/or coordinate with external counsel in advising on, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents on a broad range of commercial matters.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized law degree from an established university and 6-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a reputable law/corporate firm or in-house legal team.

  • Ability to work independently in advising on, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents on a broad range of commercial matters.
  • Exposures to management consulting or IT industry desirable.
  • Familiarity with alliance, subcontractor, and 3rd party supplier contracts.
  • A good understanding of risk management and commercial practices.
  • Ability to engage confidently and effectively with different people across different seniorities, expertise, roles, and culture.
  • Versatility in thinking and a large appetite for learning.
