Administrative Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Data Management: Manage client communications through email and other non-voice channels.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management.
  • Marketing and Social Media: Assist with marketing and social media management.
  • Compliance and Guidelines: Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in doing day-to-day tasks.
  • Continuous Learning: Proactively keep yourself updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.
  • Core Values: Effectively represent the company's core values to anyone within or outside of the organization.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide data and information to the leadership team as required.

You will be working from home, so it is essential that you have a quiet and dedicated workspace. You will also need to have a fast and reliable internet connection, as well as a dependable electricity supply.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Background Check: You must be willing to undergo a background check.
  • English Proficiency: Fluency in written English is required.

  • Availability: You must be available to work on the graveyard shift.
