The Business Growth & Sales Transformation Lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all companies by selling the full portfolio of services and acquiring new clients. The role requires a proven sales leader with direct experience managing business development for multiple companies, brands, or income streams, and a consistent history of meeting and exceeding targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and execute sales strategies across the group's entire range of services.
- Build, manage, and close a high-value sales pipeline.
- Secure contracts with high-value clients and strategic partners.
- Consistently meet or exceed ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

- Strong track record of delivering and exceeding revenue targets.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
