Dynamics 365 Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 professional to take on key responsibilities in the presales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams in responding to RFPs and determining functional requirements.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and opportunities for D365 implementation.
- Configure and test D365 processes for various business scenarios.
- Develop solution demonstrations and presentations for clients.
- Document proposed solutions and write design documents for customizations and reports.
- Review and edit design documents and integration mapping written by other team members.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and team members on D365 and associated systems.
- Write articles on D365 SCM functional topics for our company blog.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, and master planning.
- Excellent conversational skills in English.
