Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Expert Role

The ideal candidate for this position will be a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules
  • Design and implement tailored reporting solutions based on operational and financial requirements
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on system usage and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing updates and maintenance when required
  • Document system changes, configurations, and training materials

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Expertise in custom reporting, financial modules, and integration strategies
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL for reporting and data analytics
  • Knowledge of business process workflows and ERP implementation
  • Ability to diagnose system performance issues and apply corrective measures
