Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Order Processing Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Order Fulfillment within Ecommerce, Shipping, and Transport & Logistics.

  • Act as the focal point amongst customers, sales, and manufacturing for orders received.
  • Provide strong levels of customer service and after-sales support.
  • Conduct order reviews, processing orders and verifying data, obtaining customer confirmations, and following up on deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer order-related queries & support, liaising with key internal stakeholders for quality/warehouse issues, processing return shipments as well as repair and replacement administration.
  • Ensure regular review and prompt action on backlogs and devise plans to minimize these in coordination with other teams.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of ERP and Navision.
  • A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
