Job Title: Infrastructure Specialist

This role focuses on the seamless integration of IT services for clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Documentation and assessment of client environments, including hardware, security, and software.
  • Implementation of tools and services to enhance monitoring, security, and self-service capabilities.

You will collaborate with engineers and technicians to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our client onboarding program.
  • Effective communication with clients, project managers, sales teams, and client services teams.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in IT, preferably in a managed services provider (MSP) environment.
  • Proficiency in current Windows operating systems.
  • In-depth understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with firewall assessments and management of Meraki, SonicWALL, Cisco, and Fortinet devices.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and VLANs.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with start-to-finish deployment of IT solutions, with a strong background in MSP operations.
