About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team. This key role involves spearheading paid acquisition initiatives across various platforms, ensuring we drive high-quality leads and maximize our brand's visibility.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating conversions and optimizing campaigns in B2B SaaS environments. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads is essential, while expertise in Microsoft Ads is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Channel Management: Own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conversion-Focused Campaigns: Develop and manage full-funnel campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and demos for our sales team.
  • Ad Creative & Copywriting: Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate with our design team on visuals that perform.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Work with our web and content team to ensure ad traffic converts.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights using tools like GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance dashboards and marketing analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in life sciences, medtech, or regulated industries is a plus.
