We're looking for a talented content strategist to create high-impact content that shapes our communication strategy. This role involves developing engaging content and complex AI concepts into actionable pieces for diverse B2B audiences.

Your mission is to refine unstructured customer feedback data using AI, enabling companies worldwide to make informed business decisions. Your content will directly support organizations in understanding customer needs, prioritizing investments, and resolving issues in real-time.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategic Content Creation (70% of your time)

  • Create thought leadership articles, how-to guides, competitive analyses, and customer stories that demonstrate real business impact.
  • Transform complex Natural Language Processing and customer experience concepts into clear, actionable content for executives, brand managers, product managers, and CX professionals.
  • Evolve our content strategy by building logical connections between concepts and providing recommendations on adapting our approach.
  • Develop relevant content using advanced AI tools while maintaining an authentic voice and strategic positioning.

Editorial Excellence & Strategy (30% of your time)

  • Guide freelance writers and occasional contributors to maintain quality standards.
  • Repurpose long-form content across channels (social, newsletters, gated assets) while adapting tone and depth for each audience.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to ensure content supports business goals and customer journeys.
You're the Right Fit If:

You have proven content expertise with 3+ years creating B2B SaaS content that executives actually read and share. Your portfolio should demonstrate ability to make technical topics accessible without dumbing them down.

Master AI-powered content creation with advanced proficiency in Claude, ChatGPT, and emerging AI writing tools. Proven ability to create original, strategic content using AI while maintaining quality and authenticity is essential.
