Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Examiner to join our team. As an Insurance Claims Examiner, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Your primary objective will be to investigate and settle claims fairly and promptly, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with adjusters, underwriters, and other stakeholders to gather information, assess damages, and determine the validity of claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Claims Processing: Review and process insurance claims, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Investigation and Assessment: Conduct thorough investigations into claims, gathering evidence and assessing damages to determine liability.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with claimants, agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and negotiate settlements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an Insurance Claims Examiner, you will need:

  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with claimants, agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain accurate records, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Insurance Software: Knowledge of insurance software, such as Applied EPIC, AMS 360, EZ Lynx, and CRM systems.
