The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as a key team member in the Commercial Lines Department, educating current clients and attracting new ones. They will also provide proposals for agency producers and quote policies with top-rated carriers in the industry.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and markets is essential for this role. The candidate will focus on client retention and sales growth by cross-selling and expanding existing accounts.

In addition, they will service existing clients in person, by email, or via telephone by preparing renewals, remarketing accounts, processing claims, and making policy changes.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance and a strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance policies, coverages, and products.

Excellent spoken and written English skills are required, as well as experience handling customer inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance.

Able to recognize opportunities for cross-selling or upselling policies, the candidate should have persuasive communication skills to offer additional products where appropriate.

Proficiency in office software, agency management systems, and quoting platforms like Ez Lynx for remarketing is necessary.
