Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Order Processing: Enter, update, and verify orders to ensure accuracy.
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support via chat, email, and phone.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, update stock data, and synchronize with external platforms.
- Returns & Refunds: Process return requests, coordinate replacements, and handle refund transactions efficiently.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Ensure precise entry of order details, customer information, and financial transactions into our account.
- Third-Party Coordination: Effectively communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Account Monitoring: Track account performance, report discrepancies, and optimize workflows to maximize efficiency.
Experience in e-commerce order processing is essential.
Strong proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail is required.
Excellent customer service skills with experience in chat, email, and phone support are necessary.
Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems is crucial.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets for tracking sales and reports is necessary.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
Problem-solving mindset to handle complaints and order discrepancies is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:- Prior work with e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience with Avaya, Salesforce, Citrix, or OA Genius tools for e-commerce support is an asset.
- Background in inventory management for online stores is highly beneficial.
