We're seeking a talented and empathetic Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will provide exceptional support to customers via chat, email, or phone.
Your primary responsibilities include handling product-related inquiries, order tracking, and account concerns using Gorgias and Shopify. You'll also stay informed on product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle product inquiries, order tracking, and account concerns with precision and patience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product information and support best practices
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Empathetic and patient approach when addressing customer concerns
