Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced order manager to oversee the successful execution of orders on Walmart's platform.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing orders, strong skills in Excel for inventory tracking and profit calculation, and a keen eye for product profitability and stock management.

To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, monitoring and managing stock availability, maintaining and updating product pricing to ensure healthy profit margins, and tracking and organizing order records using Excel and internal tools.

Requirements:
  • Experience managing Walmart orders is mandatory.
  • Strong skills in Excel for inventory tracking, profit calculation, and reporting are required.
  • A solid understanding of dropshipping operations, especially for the Walmart marketplace, is also necessary.
  • The ability to manage profit margins and pricing strategies is crucial.
  • Strong research skills for finding high-demand, profitable products are essential.
  • The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders by purchasing products from selected retailers and fulfilling buyers' orders.
  • Monitor and manage stock availability to ensure products are always available for sale.
  • Maintain and update product pricing to ensure healthy profit margins.
  • Search and list profitable products based on market demand and competitive research.
  • Track, update, and organize order records using Excel and internal tools.
