Treasury Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand payment processes & treasury functions to provide expert support.
  • Respond promptly to queries and ensure all items are actioned as expected.
  • Communicate relevant information to colleagues within the team.
  • Ensure all customer information is retained within pertinent files.
  • Complete daily tasks in a timely and effective manner, escalating outstanding items to management.
  • Provide support to the payments team by contacting global banking partners regarding incoming and outgoing payment transactions.
  • Authenticate documentation and transaction information.
  • Organise Treasury meetings, set agendas, and circulate minutes of meetings.
  • Maintain effective communication between the Treasury department, internal departments, and counterparty banks for ad hoc projects.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures regarding Anti-Money Laundering and Company internal controls.

Some key requirements for this position include:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Diligent, conscientious, organized, and accurate.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Treat company resources, processes, and people with respect, honesty, and integrity.
  • Fluent in English, providing practical examples.
  • Experience working in a Customer Service/Business Role.
  • Understanding of the Regulatory environment pertaining to Money Transmission Businesses in Ireland.
