Financial Operations Specialist

This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong finance or accounting background and expertise in digital assets to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and reconcile cryptocurrency and fiat transactions across multiple platforms and systems
- Ensure accurate records of token distributions, vesting, staking, and treasury activity are maintained
- Collaborate with accounting and audit partners for reporting and compliance purposes
- Monitor and oversee digital asset holdings via specialized tools such as Fireblocks and Integral
- Conduct regular valuations and reports on assets including PLMS, USDC, ETH, and NFTs
- Track exposure, performance, and maintain historical records of digital assets
- Prepare documentation and liaise with auditors during reviews and audits
- Issue and track invoices, maintain proper financial records, and ensure compliance
- Maintain up-to-date financial documentation and ensure all necessary documents are filed correctly
- Coordinate filings and documents with banks, partners, and corporate service providers
- Manage legal documents including NDAs, agreements, and resolutions
- Maintain internal record-keeping and compliance documentation
- Document and improve finance, legal, and administrative workflows
- Support smooth day-to-day operations across departments and external advisors
