Collect outstanding payments from clients with patience and professionalism.

Your Role

As a Collection Specialist, you are expected to contact customers to collect debts. You must be able to communicate effectively with them in order to encourage payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize dialers for communication with customers.
  • Manage accounts professionally and make sure payments are collected.
  • Stay updated on collection laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 9 months of Collections experience in International accounts.
  • Proven account management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good customer service orientation.

Processor: At least 2.0 GHz (I3, I5, I7 or dual-core & up)

RAM: At least 8 GB

HD space: 80 GB with 20 GB available free space
