About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is part of our growing Programme and Project Management team. As a Programme Coordinator, you'll collaborate with experts to deliver high-impact projects focused on sustainability and resilience. Your contributions will shape the future of our projects, influencing the lives of our clients and communities.

The role sits within our Resilience business area, where we work to safeguard the natural environment and water resources, driving progress towards a more sustainable world. Climate change, urbanization, and biodiversity loss are pressing concerns. We're committed to mitigating these effects and creating a brighter future for generations to come.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to manage projects, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
  • Utilize technical expertise to address complex tasks, interpreting policies to support project management functions.
  • Contribute to resolving technical issues and provide guidance on process improvements.
  • Actively identify opportunities to enhance processes and systems, offering advice to leadership.
  • Maintain alignment with risk and compliance principles, ensuring project integrity and safety.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering open communication and trust.
  • Participate in project monitoring and mitigation strategies, applying knowledge of forensic delay analysis.
  • Review and refine project processes, contributing to the improvement of project management systems.
  • Support clients and colleagues in project management queries, providing accurate and timely information.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of sustainability best practices, with a commitment to environmental responsibility.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a preference for data visualization and project management tools.
