Job Description:

Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited is a leading consulting company that provides innovative solutions to clients. We are currently seeking an Office Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Commercial Enablement Team, including coordinating the pursuit approval process and managing databases.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate the gate approval process for new opportunities, including meetings and database updates.
  • Distribute opportunity and pursuit information to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain opportunity and sales databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Enablement Team, including editing and formatting proposals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy of work are essential.
