About the Job

  • Partner with customers to identify opportunities for growth and upselling, leveraging Sophos' comprehensive cybersecurity solutions to drive revenue and maximize customer value.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of customer analytics and KPIs, using this insight to inform data-driven decisions and optimize the customer solution.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, clearly articulating the specific value Sophos' services are delivering to the customer, and progress on specific customer milestones and goals.
