Digital Marketing Strategist

This is a pivotal role for an experienced marketing expert to lead the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that drive customer engagement and business success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored marketing strategies that meet the evolving needs of clients, leveraging their deep understanding of Marketing Cloud's capabilities, automation, and data-driven marketing approaches.

This key position requires close collaboration with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to design, implement, and optimise marketing automation strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences.

• Business analysis including review of existing processes, systems, documentation.
• Identification of different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
• Contribution to solution design while working alongside Solution and Technical Architect(s) and other team members.
• Mapping requirements to capabilities leveraging and maximising standard features.
• Leadership of end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
• System configuration and customisation in line with solution design and while adhering to best practices and standards.
• Conducting user training sessions and promoting user adoption of Marketing Cloud features.
• Development and execution of automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
• Data gathering to define, and document business requirements and work closely with the Solution lead designer in mapping solutions per requirement.
• Input to project estimates specific to declarative parts of system design.
• Identification of different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
• Management of the implementation of SF Solution design to meet business requirements.
• System configuration and groundwork per specification of an architect or lead designer.
• Advice or suggestions for improvement according to the objectives of the design.
• Participation in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation.
• Participation in hypercare support to provide assistance to end users.
• Stay updated with the latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and projects.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation, data analytics, and customer journey mapping.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
