Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator
This role will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization, working closely with senior executives to streamline processes, manage schedules, and coordinate various tasks to ensure smooth functioning.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and ensuring organizational systems are running efficiently.
- Assist in coordinating and executing operational projects and initiatives, maintaining organized filing systems and efficient workflow processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and supporting decision-making by senior management.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, handle travel arrangements, assist with budget tracking and provide support for new employee onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, demonstrating excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, remote collaboration tools and able to work independently handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism required, with willingness to work remotely and within US hours Monday to Friday.
- Finance background is advantageous but not essential.
