This role is focused on overseeing the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth online sales performance.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations, preferably within the coffee, beverage, or food and beverage industry.
- E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing to ensure efficient online sales.
- Social Media & Funnel Marketing Support: Assist in building and optimizing marketing funnels, integrating campaigns with social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions for products.
- Startup Operations Support: Work closely with the founder to set up and streamline business processes for a newly launched brand, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
- Finance & Bookkeeping Assistance: Maintain accurate sales, expense, and revenue records; reconcile transactions; and support basic bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across multiple operational areas including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Continuous Learning & Skill Adaptation: Rapidly learn new tools, processes, and strategies to support business growth in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment.
