Job Title:

Business Development Associate

 

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, emails, and other marketing efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive and professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services and job opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or interactions.
  • Manage and maintain sales databases and CRM systems.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
  • Research, gather, and analyze data to support sales efforts.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and candidates.
  • Resolve inquiries and address concerns promptly.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced English language skills (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, real estate, engineering, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software or call-tracking tools.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain professional.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote work setup.
  • Monday to Friday | Graveyard Shift.
  • Regular schedule: 9:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Manila Time.
  • Daylight saving: 8:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Manila Time.
