We are seeking a visionary leader to fill the role of Client Services Director. This position requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with key players in the industry.
About the Role- The Client Services Director will develop and maintain strong business partnerships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, minimize costs and create efficiencies.
- The successful candidate will oversee and enhance existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop strategic partnerships with clients to drive business growth.
- Ensure financial performance of client contracts and programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize costs and create efficiencies.
- Oversee and enhance existing client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with support groups and Operations teams.
- 5+ years of contact center experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Previous account management/client relations experience is required.
- Previous management experience is also required.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Strong organizational skills and a creative mindset are necessary.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Prior experience giving presentations is essential.
