Channel Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Channel Sales Manager to lead our channel business strategy, design and execute plans to drive awareness, acquire new customers, and retain/grow existing ones.

  • The ideal candidate will develop and execute a channel sales strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Build an exceptional partner program enablement offering across marketing, sales, technical, and partnership management.
  • Ensure partners deliver and implement iboss products and solutions successfully.
  • Establish processes for selecting, managing, and performing channel partners.
  • Drive partner relationships to increase pipeline acceleration.
  • Define partner-specific business plans with quantifiable goals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain partnerships by ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Prioritize sales cadences, including quarterly reviews and weekly forecasts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Channel Sales Manager in the secure gateway space.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful channel partner programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex topics effectively.
  • Strong project management skills and excellent performance records.
