Job Title:

Business Development Representative with Lead Generation Expertise

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving revenue growth through effective communication and persuasion.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and other outreach methods

  • — Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to build trust and credibility

  • — Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and drive results

  • — Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product/service development and improve sales outcomes

  • — Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions

Requirements:
  • Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • — Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation

  • — Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • — Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive abilities

  • — Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

  • — Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • — Strong organizational and time management skills

  • — Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently
