Business Development Representative with Lead Generation Expertise
Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving revenue growth through effective communication and persuasion.
- Main Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and other outreach methods
— Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to build trust and credibility
— Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and drive results
— Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product/service development and improve sales outcomes
— Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
- Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
— Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills
— Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive abilities
— Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
— Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
— Strong organizational and time management skills
— Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently
