Remote Healthcare Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled recruiter to join our team. As a remote healthcare recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for various healthcare roles.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, specifically in the healthcare industry. You should be proficient in using recruitment tools and software, as well as possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews
  • Utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and job boards for outreach
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommending ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency

Requirements

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles
  • Confidence on the phone, great follow-ups, and closing candidates
  • Proactivity, self-management, and ability to juggle multiple roles at once
  • Ability to source creatively using social media, job boards, and AI tools
  • Familiarity with tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance tasks
  • Clear and professional communication in English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup
  • Willingness to work in a US time zone schedule
