  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in recruitment dashboards
  • Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommending ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles
  • Confidence on the phone, great follow-up skills, and closing abilities
  • Proactivity, self-management, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Knowledge of creative sourcing methods using social media, job boards, and AI tools
  • Familiarity with tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • High organization and attention to detail when handling compliance tasks
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
