Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
- Conducting phone screens and managing interviews via video conferencing tools
- Utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media groups for outreach
- Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
- Maintaining and updating candidate records in recruitment dashboards
- Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
- Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
- Recommending ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency

Requirements:
- Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles
- Confidence on the phone, great follow-up skills, and closing abilities

- Knowledge of creative sourcing methods using social media, job boards, and AI tools

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
