Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to source and onboard high-quality international care workers and nurses. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with global standards and partner requirements.

The successful candidate will have strong recruitment skills, preferably in nursing, and be able to source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit international healthcare workers including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Assistants, and Allied Health Professionals
  • Source candidates through various channels
  • Conduct initial interviews and clinical assessments
  • Coordinate with training, migration, and deployment teams
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and country-specific compliance
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with deployment targets
  • Support job fairs, information sessions, and marketing campaigns
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs and provide weekly updates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of medical or healthcare recruitment experience
  • Familiarity with international healthcare deployment processes is an advantage
  • Strong interviewing, screening, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-cultural environment
  • Flexible hours required to align with global time zones
