Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary:

This is a project-based role that requires sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and candidate engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, developing a network of potential candidates and industry professionals, and collaborating with managers to identify future talent needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Develop a network of industry professionals and potential candidates
  • Prescreen and screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews
  • Manage tracking systems for all candidates and internal databases
  • Collaborate with management to identify future talent needs and proactively source potential virtual professional candidates
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role preferred
  • Experience in using different channels, social networks, online portals, and resume databases to source candidates
  • Hands-on experience with talent acquisition tools and systems
  • Familiarity with creating sourcing plans and implementing strategies to improve candidate search
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in healthcare/medical field preferred but not required
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checking, etc.) preferred but not required
