Job Title: Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a detail-driven professional to join our team in identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence to maintain a positive applicant experience.

  • Contribute to standard operating procedures, training resources, and team collaboration platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience is required.
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or a strong interest to learn is necessary.
  • Proficiency in email clients, collaboration tools, and spreadsheet software is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable individuals are ideal for this role.
Technical Requirements:
  • A laptop or desktop with a modern processor is required.
  • A reliable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth is necessary.
