Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in shaping our employer brand and driving business results through innovative recruitment strategies.

In this role, you will work closely with our internal stakeholders to design and execute comprehensive recruitment plans that attract top talent from around the world. You will be responsible for managing multiple job postings, sourcing candidates, and building relationships with potential hires.

Your primary focus will be on recruiting high-volume candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidate profiles to ensure we hire the best fit for our organization.

  • Setup and manage job postings across various platforms
  • Sourcing and referrals from professional networks
  • Candidate communication and follow-up
  • Interview scheduling and coordination
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter or similar role
  • Proven track record of recruiting high-volume candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
