Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader to spearhead our recruitment efforts and drive strategic growth. This pivotal role involves overseeing team direction, leadership, and operations to ensure seamless hiring processes that meet client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top IT professionals in Latin America, aligned with the company's expansion objectives.
  • Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs, continuously expanding the talent pool.
  • Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand position requirements, advise on market trends, and drive the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting top talent.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager or similar role.
  • Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and develop strong client relationships.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive performance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable.
