
Executive Virtual Assistance Specialist

This is a high-performing role that requires someone who can lead direct video interactions with international clients, coach and develop a high-performing team of virtual assistants, shape the future of our proprietary software through hands-on testing, and build lasting partnerships with clients across global markets.
About the Role:- Lead engaging video calls with international clients to understand their evolving needs
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns before they escalate
- Coordinate solutions when clients face challenges with their virtual assistants
- Identify opportunities for clients to expand their VA services and grow their business
- Ensure smooth onboarding experiences that set clients up for long-term success
- Build strong client relationships focused on mutual growth and satisfaction
- You must have proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients (US/AU preferred)
- You should be able to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting professional relationships
- You will be coordinating, mentoring, or supporting other people in achieving their goals
- You need to have excellent English Communication skills for executive interactions
- You should have a success-oriented mindset, understanding what drives both client satisfaction and employee success
- You'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing virtual assistance services
