
Virtual Assistant Team Lead

As an Account Partnership Manager, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing client-virtual assistant relationships. This role puts you in the driver's seat of both client success and team leadership.
The ideal candidate is someone who has proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients (US/AU preferred), with excellent English communication skills and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead direct video interactions with international clients
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of virtual assistants
- Bridge the gap between clients and VAs to ensure seamless partnerships
- Build lasting relationships with clients while preventing churn
- Create pathways for assistant growth and development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven EA/VA Experience - Demonstrated experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients (US/AU preferred)
- Client Management Experience - Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with business owners or executives
- Leadership/Supervisory Experience - Any experience managing, training, or coordinating with other people (including BPO team lead roles)
- Excellent English Communication - Professional-level written and verbal English for executive interactions
- Business Acumen - Understanding of how businesses work and what drives client satisfaction
