Digital Growth Specialist Role

We seek a Digital Growth Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing paid acquisition channels, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a commitment to helping us grow our marketing reach and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing ads on Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels
  • Analyzing targeted users, optimizing ads content, and improving overall ROI
  • Working closely with designers to develop ads content plans based on data analysis and user portrayals
  • Communicating with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and executing digital growth strategies
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and competitor activity
  • Onboarding influencers and managing influencer networks to drive growth among the South East Asian diaspora
  • Developing and managing B2B partnership networks to drive online growth
  • Managing Public Relations to drive growth among the South East Asian diaspora with multiple stakeholders
  • Conducting market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends
  • Supporting and collaborating with various teams within the company to plan and execute marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of ads content development, testing, and optimization
  • In-depth understanding of Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other paid ads channels
  • 2-4 years' experience in a performance marketing role for international platforms
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and people management skills
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment
  • A strong network in the South East Asian diaspora community is a plus
