Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

  • Responsibilities:
  • • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.
  • • Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • • Generate timely and insightful financial reports for management review.
  • • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  • • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree: Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
