This role will play a key part in expanding our market presence by establishing relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing brands that start the sign-up process & their profile
- Welcome Intro on the phone to all new clients, answering any questions they want support with, handling any objections, and clarifying the value proposition
- Understanding client needs and managing expectations, whilst also educating those brands on our product
- Qualifying which plan would be most appropriate for the brand/ most cost-effective
- Setting expectations as to best practice & what the brand will need to do to maximize tracking, content, promotion & commission
- Salesforce Admin - keeping records up to date and setting up communication flows
- Providing feedback to our internal business on common insights/objections
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability and experience to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and track progress
This role offers benefits including standard benefits associated with remote work, a 3-month training period at our Manila office, and a flexible working schedule.
The benefits will be confirmed by an Employer of Record (EOR), and this role will be employed via that EOR.
About the RoleThis is a fully remote role, however there is a 3 month training period which will be on site at our Manila office.
